AMC Expands Walking Dead Season Finale to 90 Minutes
For the second season in a row, the cable network's biggest series get additional time for its big finale - but will that mean more Negan?
When "The Walking Dead" wraps its sixth season on April 3, the AMC drama will have a little more time than usual to bring the Alexandria crew's simmering war with the Saviors to a boil.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the finale will be 90 minutes long rather than the typical 60. Whether that extra time will be spent fleshing out Negan's (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) yet-to-be-introduced character, or if the anticipated villain will be saved for the final moments remains to be seen.
Last season also expanded its finale to 90 minutes.

After nearly a decade of stealing copies of classic comics by Kirby, Lee, Swan, Fox, Romita and more from his father's collection, his love of comics fully kicked in when he bought Avengers #232 from a spinner rack at Seven-Eleven. Eventually, when the opportunity arose to actually write about comics, it was a no-brainer. That he's still able to do so years later is a dream come true.
