Fear the Walking Dead Showrunner Teases Multiple Time Jumps
Fear the Walker Dead's executive producers revealed Season 6 will involve multiple time jumps and feature a new mode of storytelling.

Fear the Walking Dead Season 6 will feature multiple time jumps. At the show's ComicCon@Home panel, executive producer Scott M. Gimple confirmed the show will bounce through the timeline.
Asked if there would be a time jump, Gimple said, "Not only is there a time jump, but there might be time jumps." He placed extra emphasis on final "s."
This may have something to do with Season 6's new storytelling approach. "The other thing we're really excited about is that we're going to do an anthology structure to the episodes, where we get to deep dive into exactly what these characters are going through within Virginia's communities, in the style of some of the episodes we've done in the past that we love," executive producer Ian Goldberg revealed earlier in the panel. "Like John Dorie and Laura in Season 4, or Alicia and Charlie in the house in episode 4.10. You're going to see a lot more of that kind of storytelling in Season 6."
Premiering Sunday, October 11 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on AMC, Fear the Walking Dead Season 6 is executive produced by Scott M.Gimple and showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg, as well as Robert Kirkman, David Alpert, Gale Anne Hurd and Greg Nicotero. The series stars Lennie James, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Colman Domingo and more.
