COMIC REEL Gothams Mazouz Details Bruce & Lucius New Dynamic; Walking Deads Yeun Reveals Fave Walker Kill
David Mazouz says Lucius Fox will "go on a journey" with Bruce; Steven Yeun's favorite zombie fight took place way back in "TWD" season 3.
GOTHAM
The cast of "Gotham" rang the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange earlier this week.
TV Line spoke with Bruce Wayne actor Dave Mazouz about the back half of "Gotham" season two. "Toward the end of the season, Lucius [Fox] and Bruce will go on a journey together -- with or without Alfred," said Mazouz. He said that his dynamic with Alfred and Lucius will be "immensely different." "Alfred, Bruce is kind of stuck with. And Alfred is a protector of Bruce," said Mazouz. "Whereas Lucius really encourages the investigation [into Wayne Enterprises' wrongdoing]. He cares about Bruce's safety, but he's not so overwhelmed with safeguarding him."

AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.
TVLine has couple of tidbits about "S.H.I.E.L.D.'s" return, including that the midseason premiere will include a shocking flashforward scene and that Lincoln will shed some light on the mystery of why specific Inhumans get specific powers.
Clark Gregg also talked with TV Guide about Coulson's arc and where his character is headed. "One of the things I've always liked about Coulson and about our show is that he's a moral man," Gregg told TVGuide. "He's a normal man trying to do a job in a world with super villains and superheroes... and suddenly, the body count is piling up, as a result of Grant Ward, someone that he is -- to a certain extent -- responsible for having on this team. He crosses a very serious line, because he could have left him on this distant world and he chooses a different path."

BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE
A new TV spot for "BvS" has appeared online, and it features Batman verbally taunting Superman a bit.
Zack Snyder also spoke with DC All Access, in an interview featured in this week's DC comics, about the time in-between "Man of Steel" and "BvS."
"Over the last two years he's basically been Superman as pop culture would know him," said Snyder, as transcribed by ComingSoon. "He's been righting wrongs, there have been floods, mines have collapsed, bridges have collapsed, churches have caught on fire. He's basically been a hero. When we find him, he's been dealing with the everyday world of being a superhero, but there's a paradigm shift happening in that the unintended consequences of some of those rescues are starting to come into fruition. He's starting to see that every action has a reaction. Like, if you're just taking a cat out of a tree, you can't touch anything or the arborists will say, 'He damaged the tree branch when he got the cat down.' Or, 'The cat wasn't neutered, so now there's thousands of cats.' There's no winning anymore for Superman."
A new pic from "LexCorp" has been uploaded to Instagram that depicts Earth from a Wayne satellite.
A stunning image from the Wayne Enterprises satellite from 2013, only days before it lost signal. The brightest sections that can be seen are Metropolis and Gotham. LEGENDS OF TOMORROW
Joseph David-Jones spoke with ComicBook.com about the possibility of Connor Hawke returning to "Legends of Tomorrow."
According to David-Jones the writers are open Connor Hawke returning, "I know that a couple of the writers are trying to push to get me back in there, because they really do like what happened with the episode... I don't know what they're going to come up with or what even is going to happen with Connor Hawke, but I know they've been talking about potential different outcomes of it because they plan on cycling out some of the cast from the ship. So I don't know what's going to happen, or if that timeline is still set until they actually do go back to the past."

THE WALKING DEAD
"Walking Dead" star Steven Yeun discussed his favorite walker kill in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly. The moment took place in season three, Yeun revealed. "The chair walker is obviously a big one," said Yeun. "That was really fun and it felt like an important turning point for Glenn." He's referring to the zombie he killed while he was taped to a chair. "I particularly like it when we're dealing with a bunch of them -- just to go through the motions of stabbing and then pulling out the knife and shooting and all that action, and just seeing how far we've come."

Brett White is a comedy writer and a proud Southern man -- you know, proud of all the good stuff (Dolly Parton, Blanche Devereaux and Goo Goo Clusters). A lifelong obsession with comics led him to Wizard Magazine in 2008 and then to writing gigs for The Robot's Voice, Marvel.com, and MTV's Splash Page where he served as managing editor. Brett served as a writer and Assistant Editor for CBR from 2011 to 2017, where he wrote a lot about the X-Men, Foggy Nelson, and plenty of gay stuff. Brett is currently a reporter/producer for Decider, where he tries to find reasons to write about Bob Newhart (and also the X-Men). His passion for sitcoms is on full display in the weekly podcast Must Have Seen TV.
